Greentings from Lisbon, Portugal every one!

I know this forum for about one year and it always strikes me the beautiful bicycles that I see around,
some build by people others by "companies" and they all seem very much too me since in Portugal everything
about bicycles is more modest and simple.

It almoust feels like too daring for me to put some of my humble creations in this forum but
, really, I've nothing to loose, better, I've to gain the different opinions of people of this forum about my bicycles.

So tell me what you think!

Cheers!

Some are not even completed nor painted because of "insufficient funds" lol
but the structure/design is there.

Just want to congratule all the incredible builders and customizers of this fórum, incrédible!

Re: Humble garage bicycle builder - Lisbon!

Wow! You have some very cool designs here. I like them. Great job! What is the fifth bike from the top made of? (Black, looks like a cross on it's side). I like it's simple lines.

Re: Humble garage bicycle builder - Lisbon!

Awesome designs, they really look amazing. I love the black cross style frame, what is it made of?

Re: Humble garage bicycle builder - Lisbon!

this dude=legit 8) nice most of those are better than anything i ever ride

Re: Humble garage bicycle builder - Lisbon!

Thank you very much everyone!!

I really wasn't expecting so much compliments, that gives more confidence to continue!! :D

That one - the fifth one from the top - is made of steel, and the frame is built from rectangular tube with 1,5mm of thickness.
Curiously was ordered by some client(so, not my design) that had an idea about a company bicycle that only was
made in 20's wheel (little) and he wanted the same design but with 26/28 wheels.
It's a bit heavier then the normal frame because of the rectangular tube, that's the only problem.

Some more detail pictures of that one;)

And the times go changing... ;)

Again, not finished: that wheel and tires won't go anywhere outside my garage! lol

Cheers!

Re: Humble garage bicycle builder - Lisbon!

I like the cross bike.

Re: Humble garage bicycle builder - Lisbon!

I personally like the other bars on that bike but over all it's a really neat looking bike. So are the others but for some reason that one sticks out. Great work!

Re: Humble garage bicycle builder - Lisbon!

Love the way you think outside the box! The long one with the severe rake has some great lines and I spot a nexus on the back ties to a 20" wheel. The bars are very cool as well, with nice pull back and diameter to control the long fork. post more pics as they are completed! keep building.

"Love the way you think outside the box!" - good thing to read joe!;)

Your talking about this lady right?

If yes, she's called Lucifer! I think is a appropriate to her design;)

That bicycle was my DiamantDesign till a made the "mantis" one:

The Lucifer is difficult, if not impossible, to ride when the "mantis" is great and confortable.

The two are, without doubt, the more complex and extreme designs that I have made.
My favourites.

Keep telling me things;)
Cheers!

Re: Humble garage bicycle builder - Lisbon!

To be sincere I don't remember.

I sold that wheel and tire last year or 2 years ago...

Re: Humble garage bicycle builder - Lisbon!

that could be a specialised tyre. itlooks like one i had on a 24", but ive seen them on green machines. i like the shape of your handlebars!

Re: Humble garage bicycle builder - Lisbon!

Thank you TommyTwoTimes and coming from you that's a great compliment!!

I saw your skeleton bike, incredible!! I love the way it evolves from that tiny girly bike
to getting a real great shape of a human skeleton.
Some serious welding and detail arrangements!

Now I'm going to place some pictures of my first ever bike made by me:
(at that time I never thought that 3 years later I was still doing bicycles)

Funny one isn't she?

Re: Humble garage bicycle builder - Lisbon!

Very nice work, are they hard to ride? especially the green one with the fork turned out like that. Inspiring to say the least.
