1954 and yes the tall wheels will fit because it came with tall wheels. Now let's get this finished.

Banging around in the backyard

fender off, every bolt removed, stem super stuck.
This was repainted at some point, you can see the light blue peeking through. Which means those cute little leaves and stripes were added by whoever did that years ago

I like the dark blue color, just clean and shine for this one

Somebody gave me an old Phillips-made British bicycle & the darn thing is partly Whitworth. Even my ‘64 MG Midget had SAE fasteners. I guess this bike might be older .
