Crazy, right? Not exactly. I can't seem to find a frame to use as a foundation for the Indian Arrow Special "racing" version. I tried with no luck. Wait, let me check craigslist first.

Okay, I looked through 1046 bikes with no luck. I will be stripping this thing over the tonight and tomorrow and I hope to have it off to the powder coater's on Wednesday. This build should go quick because it is really a rebuild. We can agree this Monica Green spectacle already has a lot of parts but it currently has a chain case, number plates and a few other things to stop it from just floating away. In racing trim, the racks will vanish. I will likely swap the bars for something more board trackerish but have these bars powder coated to match the future red frame. The Girvin Cross-link forks are there to stay. These sport the K2 electric shock on them for a bit of whimsy and they are staying.

The unused cream Thick Brick tires will retake their place on the bike.

The aluminum grips, which I always like to use just might get the axe in favor of handlebar tape (already ordered it.).

As per usual lately, a custom "Arrow Special" graphics package is being kicked around in my photoshop app.
