Girls 26" skip-tooth ID help

A self-proclaimed picker brought this to me and I'd appreciate any help in figuring out what this is, and approximate value.

Few details, New Departure hub - model D on rear, front marked new departure WL
The front basket is also stamped Androck.
Looks to be missing front fender light.
Original kickstand?

Colson with what I believe is a high dollar chain guard.

It is a colson, weird to see one without a loop tail but its a colson. The chainguard is a good 60 bucks easy.

also would like to add that the kick stand is not original.

They did produce the looptail frame alongside the standard, pinch dropout before the war. This looks late 30s since it has the integrated dropstand tangs.

Thanx for the help. One other odd note is that the guard, fenders, and fork all seem to have the same patina, but the frame
is a little different. Re-paint? The arrows on the seattube look factory to me.

look like someone just shinned up part of the frame. or could be that that the only thing original left is the frame.
