I picked this up a couple months ago. Looks like someone who found it decided they wanted the headlight and tail light. Other than that it looks pretty complete minus the kickstand.

This is my first Higgins so if you see anything that is incorrect let me know. This is how I got it. I am pretty sure the seat might not be correct although it is a Troxel in pretty good condition. I know the kick stand is wrong too.
