Here is one my son and I built last year. Started off as a 1960s Coast King. We ended up selling it after we were done. Had fun building it.

Wheels/tires came off a trek. We were going to ditch the fender, but the old girl had already lost her wheels and we didn't have the heart to toss it, plus it cleaned up very well with some foil.

I think I would have gone a different direction with the grips, but thats how my son wanted it.

Clean bike but that is not a rat rod...

my wifes new ride either late fifties or early 60's amf built western flyer not gonna change a thing except rebuild the original wheels and put whitewalls on her her name is star

btw the sprocket is not on th e left side not sure why that happened.

sorry g matt my wife likes that chain ring too. that was one reason she wanted to keep the bike lol . I must have had like 30 people wanting it not to mention I have wanted one myself for a couple years. it's ironic i actually bought that bike just for the chain ring but then it grew on me and my wife loved it so now she's a par of my stable.

I am not hating on the purple bike it is quite nice but I think there is a point to ratrods being rusty old and using what you got to make them work but that bike is cool though nonetheless

the Honda renthal bars yup that was me those are actually being offered for trade I got a sweet pair form araya51 in a trade so I do not need them at this time but they are kinda growing on me lol
