good price for a 65' spaceliner

what's a good price for a 65' sears spaceliner? i'd like to make an offer, but not sure where to start. decent shape, complete.

Does it have the rat trap fork and 2spd rear hub? They affect value.

no, single speed and no rat trap fork.

I don't know from value, but there is a lot of goodies there. I love those frames, tons of potential. Never seen one for sale up here, I'd be glad to pay a couple of hundred (Canadian funds), maybe start to feel bad about it at 300? I like bikes more than I like money

yeah, was surprised when i saw it. very clean and unmolested.

they currently have it listed at 250. will probably be reduced eventually, or sit for a while. i'm going to pass.

Springer fork was molested and replaced with that....one.
Top shelf complete bike that you can enjoy while you keep an eye out for an original fork.

Id probably go up to $200 as is. The tank has several parts and that bike appears to have them all. Rat trap forks are easier to find than tank parts, IMHO.

i've always loved my bikes and never put much thought into how much some of these older ones are worth.

I'd probably pay that price for a nice complete tank by itself.
