GRAND TYCOON TIRE QUESTION

I'm trying to find out who distributes this brand of tire. From what I can tell, Cheng Shin might make them.

Trying to get my LBS to carry these and they can't find them in any of their catalogs.

I see several online vendors selling them, but I'm wondering where they are getting them.

They are the brick tread tires that come in prewar red, black wall and white wall.

If anyone has any info about them, please let me know.

You need to read through every tire though. the photo may show a black tire for instance, but the text says red or blue or White wall. I did not check. I know I saw them some where though and this was my first thought. Could have been Amazon too.

There's a distributor by the name of Lexco that has them, My local shop is ordering me a pair from them. They are Cheng Shin, btw.

I'm really trying to figure out where these vendors are ordering them from so my LBS can start carrying them in stock.

Lexco sales them, but the last time I tried to order them they where out of stock on the red ones and didn't know when they were going to get them back in

Does Duro make a similar tire in a black wall?

Duro does make black ones. My LSB has them for $16.

They are definitely Cheng-Shins, Maxxis is a Cheng Shin Brand, might try calling their Suwanne GA HQ, webpage has plenty of contact info, but there's a place that shows up as theirs in TX

Search Amazon for them. They pop immediately and yes, are a Cheng Shin product.
