Hello Guys, My name´s Kevin. I´m From Ourense. Please forgive my rusty English. I´ve been living in Spain for the last 15 years (i´m 23 now)

I´ve always loved bikes, since I was a kid. Now its one of my favorite hobbys... Here in Spain I´ve got a few spanish 80´s bikes im looking forward to restoring and ratting (GAC Motoreta, BH Bicicross, BH California... ) Mostly saved them from the trash. Its hard to come along with some nice bikes and parts here.

I´ve got tons of ideas, but dont have the knoledge. I´ve always loved this forum so I have decided to be a part of it. And Share experiences. I´ve seen beautiful proyects and real nice rats,

OLÉ OLÉ and OLÉ... (How we would say xD)

I´ve got an OCC Chopper Replica. Its really heavy made of iron, fat tyre on the back... I added speedo, ape hangers, head and tail lights...

I added a ebay kit, to electrify it and help me around. I bought a 36v 750w front motor. Heavy 11kg
There wasnt a rear wheel option for such a wide hub.
I bought 3 heavy quad 12 ah batterys Acid-Lead (another 10kgkg), 12v + 12v + 12v in series, in order to get 36v... it worked fine, until the batterys decided to leak, overheat, wear out... and completly dicharge themselves. so i´ve got a range on a full charge of about.... 1 mile, before they start to fail.
I´m planing on buying a LifePo4 lithium Batery, 36v 20 ah with BMS to avoid "accidents"

Since the bike is so heavy... I need to add gears, I was going to buy a Alfine/nexus Shimano internal hub gear, but they dont sell any hub that wide here. so i had to start thinking on how could i add gears...

Mi chopper hub has a single speed 16mm sproket, my old bmx has 3 speed 16mm sprocket.... VOILÄ!! i could switvh the sprockets add a tensioner, a guider and a longer chain and that would be it. The 3 speeds are controled by a suicide shift.
They made fun of me at the local bike shop when i asked for their help... .... THEM! i went to a motorcycle shop half an hour away and in 10 minutes got the job done.

this is the bike so far without the rear gears nor the suicide shift yet, i have a few changes in mind.
