Is a bicycle rack
meant for hauling Cycles on trunk of a car: consider an item that does not belong on a bicycle?

You can charge a impound fee
May just keep the bikex.
This thing hauls : sports items, well.
skateboard fell out, & stopped rear wheel( skateboard landed upside down in front of rear tire).. Right Now..May have to carry it always; good E-Brake.
Or maybe a tow fee for people with flats broke chain etc. Lol
I am the guy, they all: bring their, bicycle to, anyway. Could offer, Towing service, extra fee, of course.
