Will they work with any sprocket? (Will they fit on a skip tooth sprocket more importantly) Is an 88 link half link chain the same length as a regular 88 link chain or is it half the length? Is there any other differences between regular chain vs halflink vs skiptooth?

Half link chains are spaced the same as half inch by one eighth chain, "skiptooth" is one inch by three sixteenths. :|

Gusset "Slink" half-link chains are 102 links which is enough in many cases for a singlespeed. Used one on my 29er singlespeed MTB had to remove links. Half links also come in 3/32 so you have to watch out for that also some sites are not clear on that when ordering. Used a KHE half-link on one bike and it stretched significantly.
