I Had some parts left over from a swap meet, found a 26" JC Higgins frame, so here is the result. I had rebuilt several other bikes outside the parameters of the RRB’s build offs. Some are posted in RRB Gallery. Thought I would give this a try, one more of my bucket list items to mark off. I had some drop center rims off a pre-war Roadmaster and used a Sturmey Archer 2 speed coaster brake rear hub with a Formula track hub on front. I decided to use hammered paint, thus the title, "Hammered Higgins" which evolved to include hammers and adult beverage references including a removable cargo crate.
