We have a little Turkey left...planning on Shredded Turkey Enchiladas...& maybe a BBQ Turkey sandwich if anything is left!

I know for a fact that everyone reading this just stopped and thought... ... ... ... Hmmm ... ...
I wonder what part that is that looks like a Santa Sled? Wish I kept that carcass! I'm trying
this one out next bird for sure. Keep my wife guessing, that's for sure.
