Having a hard time figuring out this Higgins Flightliner

I've searched around trying to find out what year.this flightliner is and can't seem tof find what year it was in the catalog for #47050.
Serial MOD 502 47050 286777

I did find it in parts direct.

I've been considering it for the Step Thru Buildoff or MBBO. Working on a plan for that.
