I picked up this bike site unseen cheap. It’s got a lot going on here. Pretty sure not all original obviously and cheaply rattle canned painted.

I have plans and pretty sure I know what I want to with it. But any help what year frame it might be?? Or range of years?

Also I’m fairly sure the springer front end is not original to frame. Maybe schwinn? Or at least schwinn design?
