Hawthorne Twin Bar Villiers Powered Board Track Racer

After building a similar bike and having one of those "offers you can't refuse" to sell, I decided to build another one but with a twist.
The foundation a unique Hawthorne Twin Bar frame. Will post as the build comes along but for now at least you get the basic idea of where I'm going with it.

First pict- Starting with Barn Fresh Hawthorne Twin Bar ( even had the 2 spped kickback wheelset)


Stripped down, here's the power plant- vintage 98cc two stroke Villiers



Basic visuals of where to cut and where to add tubing..suggested to make from Brake lines but I had some extra coax cable from my cable installer just to give me an idea of overall look.

The Red Cup thing is just the "drive coupler" from the original reel to reel mower the engine came from, working up the drive/ clutch system for it.
