really great score for $20

probably pre WWII (skip tooth, straight downtube, rear loading dropouts for back wheel with chain tension adjusters)

Thts a zepp style frame, really common around 1938. I think dp harris made this style of frame? Not entirely shure but incredible find at 20$. That type of bike has a realy long wheelbase, so its more comfortabe for taller riders.
