Superglue it. If you want "rivets" cut the heads off of a couple of roundhead screws , file them to order, and superglue into the holes on the badge.

rivets,superglue will both work.

the correct size self tapping screws will work also(can get em from any hardware store) just drill the required size hole and force em in.

your other option would be to purchase a small tap($5-10) and matching machine screw's. ya don't need the tool to hold the tap, just chuck it in your drill, and becarefull not to bend it (they don't bend, they just break. :) ) make sure ya drill the required size hole first.

id rather screw them in there than glue it on. thanks guys!

In the next few days (quite a few) I'm gonna be cleaning up the mess I've made in the shop. If i find any of the Schwinn type screws, I'll save some for ya.

yeah, you can find some schwinn type tiny screws, drill the headtube, line everything up and do it that way, or what i did with my jch was i used jb coldweld to the back of the badge, stuck it on and tied it down/clamps to set it and keep it from sliding down. that was 2 months ago and that headbadge isnt going anywhere. unless you use the perfect drill bit for the screws you want to use to hold your badge on, its way to easy to make them too big and the screws won't hold the badge on right. good luck!

I used a tap, cut threads and screwed the thing on with stainless button head allen screws...really no big deal, everything was available at my local hobby store or tool supply. And the best part is this way it is easy to remove to clean and you can even have different badges...do it once and do it right...

i tried schwinn screws, too small. i went to aco hardware store and got some much needed hardware for a springer im making, and bought the smallest little brass screws(my headbadge is brass  ) if all else fails, ill cut the heads off the screws and use double sided tape.

if youve got an old cd or tape deck lying around check it for screws......or any junk electricals you have handy.....they have lots of small screws in various sizes
ive had a bike with stereo screws holding on a badge before
