I picked this Hank and Frank headbadge from some RRBer a year or more ago.
Turns out it is vintage from a bike shop in the Oakland, CA area but the current shop owner doesn't care about the history.
Maybe I can use it on a build with one Big Hank tire and one Fat Frank tire.

i really like the outer shape of this badge. :idea:

Here is a handmade head badge I made for my RRBBO8 entry. I made it from .007 brass shim stock and patina'd it with a mixture of saltwater and vinegar.

About three hours hand chasing a headbadge for my Peugeot ratter. Just a piece of polished Coke can and a ball point pen for a tool.. Very pleased

I am experimenting with cutting my own head badges out of thin aluminum with a jewelers saw. It takes a ridiculous amount of effort.
