Greetings all. I am so glad I found this site. Growing up in a small town we rode bicycles everywhere. I enjoyed working on / changing every bicycle I could get my hands on. Unfortunately I out grew that or just got to busy with other things. I am at the point in my life I am allowed to enjoy bicycling again. I have a six year old son who has out grown riding up and down the sidewalk at our house. I looked into buying a new bicycle and decided that I wanted to build my own cruiser. I am old enough and have a job that allows me to buy parts, as kids we had to beg, borrow, and steal them. I found a clean 1964 Schwinn mk iv jaguar and went to town. First thing I did was remove the tank and put it up. Here are some pics from the last couple of months. Ideas and comments welcome!!! Thanks again. Jim
