Help date this bike frame

Just got this recently wondering the year of the frame serial numer reads 2894 right above it reads 14-EH

lots of wrong parts but the frame is prewar,
not sure of a year i just know its prewar.

I'll take a stab at this. I BELIEVE yours is a 1941 Snyder built bike.
After 1940 Snyder reversed numbers to reflect date of manufacture 14=41

Thanks Nick and Dave! Makes sense to me Don't know if I'll fix it up or part it out not sure if the fenders go with it,rims are in pretty good shape might work for someone's project.Thanks again
