Does any one know when these truing stands were made, and who made them, and where???? The Adjusting arms are homemade. Thanks yall!!!!!!!!!!

Very ornate metal work. Old! Just a guess, but I'd say late 1800's or early 1900's. They just don't make stuff fancy like that anymore. Victorian leftovers. Nice piece. Gary
