Got this cool very distinctive chain guard on a trade deal and was wondering if anyone knows what it is off of.

Did some research and found some Columbia ones that look similar but this Westfield one from 1937-1938 looks spot on. Am I correct?
The slotted ones were used as late as 1940…'40 through early postwar used same guard without slots.
Columbia = Westfield
