Help ID this bike please.

I just picked up this bike.No company logo,just two chevrons.Serial number under crank starts with HL.
I'm sure it's nothing special.Just want to know.

Chevrons are associated with Haro, but I can't tell if that's one or not. They're known for bmx, not crusiers.

Yeah,that's what i thought.I have used search and combed through more sites..etc and have not seen or found this frame/paint combo.It's a mystery.
There is a safety sticker on top of the crank with no manufacturer info or website,so i think it might be late 80's or early 90's.Not sure
