Help ID this Western Flyer

Can anyone help me ID this Western Flyer?
It's listed as a 'Sun Racer,' but I've never heard of that.
Most, if not all, of the decals are on top of the paint job. Some are peeling off.
It looks like the front fender was painted over chrome and is flaking off.
I'd like to know the approximate year, model and if it's all original (besides the seat and Schwinn grips).
Also, what would you pay for it?

That may be a Schwinn with a Wester Flyer chaingaurd.

Fork looks like a early 50's Springer from Schwinn that has the fork crown flipped around.

I am gonna say repop WF frame (mid 80s) with a vintage chainguard and schwinn springer.

Those Schwinn forks are worth $100 or so.

That frame is vintage and not a repo. Couldn't tell you what it is though.

if you look close through the chainring, it looks like an old Schwinn BB shell... :roll:
