HELP!! JC Higgins head badge removal

Anyone have any idea? Are they rivets?? Just "pop" 'em from the inside?

I did one on a higgins I had and just took a piece of pipe and slid it in the tube and tapped it and they came out. I think they are like little brads that kinda swivel. If that makes sense.

Flat nose screwdriver on the inside to bust the rivet and they come right out.

I have a bunch of new ones if you want to replace them, shiny ones and blackish ones.

i usually stick a 1/2" boxed end wrench in there and use the side of the wrench against the pin and push backwards using the head tube as a lever sorta. ususlly "pop" right out with the right amount of pressure.
