Help me I'D a bike?

My wife went to an auction and almost won me a bike. She said that it was a mens tank bike, red and white with a star on the tank. Any idea what it might have been?

Don't worry about it guys. Thanks for all your help. I think I figured it out. It's a 1925-1928 Henway I believe. I'll do some more research and let y'all know.
