Help with a Schwinn Cruiser?

Need help to identify this Schwinn. Can't find a serial # on it. Is it suppose to be on the inside or outside of the dropout? Somebody spray painted it years ago. Thanks for the help.

If its a Schwinn it could be on the left rear dropout, under the bottom bracket or below the headbadge. Looks like a lot of mismatched parts

Thanks for the reply. It has a Schwinn badge so I will take a look in the locations you listed. Any idea what kind of sprocket is on it? Hope that I can get it ridable.

Chainring (sprocket) is from a Shelby.

Is the handlebar neck original or is it mismatched also? I think the fork is but not sure of it is the same year. Really appreciate all the help guys!

Found the serial # on the dropout but can't read the second letter/number. Gonna do some more clean up to maybe be able to read it. Thanks for the help. I guess it is a 26" frame but not sure.
