Looking to pick up an old Schwinn Colligate frame that originally took a 26 x 1-3/8 tire, do any of you guys know if a 1.5 tire will fit in the frame wells? I am wanting to run a regular cruiser sized coaster wheel with a 1.5 tire on it, i'm 99% sure it will fit, thanks in advance.

I actually just figured it out of my own curiosity, I forgot about an old Murray I had in the back that took that size wheel, a 1.75 actually fits with about 5mm clearance on each side of the tire between the seat stays with a full size 1.75 coaster rim.
Regular tires will not fit on 26x1 3/8. Rule of thumb is, fractions vs. decimals, two different systems. 1.75" not the same as 1 3/4".
