HELP With Touch Up Paint Ideas? (Color over Silver)

I'm finishing up the refresh on this Mercier...

It has the same color-over-silver paint like Schwinn used for eons, it's a very pretty red, or candy red. Just looking to touch up several chips, etc.

Any home-brew concoctions that have worked?

for reds, its hard to beat nail polish. its in every shade of red imaginable and goes on thin enough you'll need a couple coats to get the depth you want....
