Help with value of vintage BMX

doing a cash/trade for a custom chopper i have. Anyway he offered up this 1983 Schwinn predator, said its mostly original except for tires and seat post ( he still has the original slotted seat post). It has SR stem, Surgino crank, SR pedals, the frame and chrome look great, overall the bike looks very nice, decals on fork a little worn, just not sure of the value... I would let my son ride it and keep it at least for the near future so not lookin to flip.

these old predators are fetching around 175-200 depending on condition and original
it,d be safe this one might fetch 150 if you were to sell it
but as a used bike dealer id ask for 200 and let them wheel n deal you down to 175 and that would be a good price
if it was for sale so yeah in the 175-200 range would be a good guess value

You are in the right price range at $150-$200 it all comes down to who is looking for one at the time of sale and the condition......which the condition on this one appears really good.
