Here's a motorcycle tank a friend sent me from Denmark. It's a Yamaha DT250MX Danish Army Courier Bike tank. There are either none or very few here in the USA.

What are your plans for it? Crazy cafe motorbike?

I need to find a '77-'79 Yamaha DT250 to build a replica. I have DT400's but I think the tanks mount differently. I refuse to modify the tank, but I might be inclined to modify the frame to fit the tank. Below is a thread from me and my buddy J.oe in Denmark.

Cool project, my first bike was a 1978 Yamaha XS400.

I saw one of those tanks on a Ducati Monza 250 a while ago. They pop up on ebay from time to time. I believe they are referred to as a "Jello mold" tank.
