I´d keep the metal sides, and 8 balls
choose only one bell,
and even though that pouch is beautiful, I believe is not on the same style as the rest of the bike. My cents.
I usually do the same as you are doing when I finish a bike, trying different accessories. Then I compare it with a pic of the bike stripped and try to see what works and what dosen´t. If I doubt to much, I take it off cause most of the times, less is more.

I like it without the rear plates, and were you to do away with the wood grain ends... I think the bag would look great!

Dude, you need to some killer shots of this bike and get it across the finish line and post it in the finished forum. This is one of the heavy hitters this year for sure.
