just 60mm , but i think tires will rub ,front tire clearance is not a problem i guessSick wheelset. How wide is that rear wheel?

very cool with these big tires ! if its only the side knobs that rub, what i did once was trimming the corner of them off with cutters
unsure its a good idea on aluminum frames ..the added stress and torqueDropout extensions might make those work?

It works, 1HP has done it with a belt sander and I have done it with and angle grinder!Heck yeah, build that wheel and then mount it on a stand and get out the big grinder. If you are really good, you can probably regulate the speed of the spin with the angle of the grinder!
