Excellent! If that aint a rat I don't know what is. Not sure I'd want to ride it though!
Yeah big chicken! ... but then again, I doubt those tires are speed rated! You may be on to something there MadMick? LOL.

JAK, that's looking pretty rat... from what I can tell, you should fit right in here. Wecome from one new member to another.

thanks for the kind words :)

yeah I think Ill fit in here too :)
Im not much for the flashy stuff but I like to make my own stuff & leave it rough so you can see its "home made"

Ive jumped the bike with that fork no problem its very strong
Ive done 35 miles round trip 3 times a week for a couple of months

at first it wasent the most realyble scooter but its gotten more & more relyable as I work on it

Id like to do a rear suspension setup but they all end up looking like mountain bikes ....
I want to make nice curved frames with rear suspension with old schwinn or worksman geometry

I did the pipe, the intake & the carb is a 18mm chinese carb which works great
that & a fair amount of porting & it runs pretty good
with the first engine I was clocked by a harley doing 40MPH not even wound all the way out
this one is not tuned to spin as fast & I think goes about 35 but accelerates pretty well & climbs well
both setups are with the same 36T rear sprocket this engine will last longer :)
well .... thanks for the encouragement
have a great week

Its hard to tell but it looks like where the chain roller is the chains is hitting itself.

yeah the chain is loose & it runs just fine that way
I used to be all anal about it but its fine like this

I used the side of my cutoff wheel & cut down a skateboaard wheel & then grooved it so the chain is heald in pretty well even on the slack side

thanks uncle kudzu
Im going to work on it more
I want to do it all from scratch
I will have to have the tripple tree clamps fabbed up but I think I can handle the rest

my fork is by far stronger then anything Ive seen out there so far

have a great week
