its a folder, the seat and bars should raise up to ride, then slide down (as pictured) and it comes apart at the knob above the decal so you can throw it in your trunk.

sorry, i meant i didn't know what it was as far as the manufacturer/seller, obviously it's a folder at first i thought it had semi-pneumatic tires, but now i think i see a valve stem...
