Looked at this earlier tonight. NO SERIAL NUMBERS PRESENT.
A previous owner referred to it as "the Higgins". There's no head badge on it but screw holes have a 2.5" spacing. The current wheels aren't original. It appears to have had 16" wheels/tires due to the short kickstand. With the current 20" wheels/tires the kickstand is too short and the bike falls over. The crank arms and chain ring are short & unique. I found similar bikes online with a setup like this one but no model name was listed. This one also has a two-tone paint job. The seat post tube has an adapter in it so it only accepts the 1/2" seat posts.
