His and Hers Shelby Flying Cloud

Picked up these two and about 15 others out of a barn over the weekend. These were the ones I was most curious about because I know the least about them. Mainly I'm looking for what the value of them should be. They both have the springer type front end. Keep in mind these are farm fresh and I haven't had time to clean them up.

It's newer than that. Looks like a 1955 to me.

That you are right. We have three different Studebakers and I always get the years mixed up.

The boys' Shelby has a chainring, guard, seat, and grips from a late 50s AMF, who bought out Shelby in 1954. Bout the shock-ease fork was a postwar item if I remember right, and was replaced by a more Schwinn like unit in 1951 or so. Nice finds! -Adam

A good bunch of bikes you got, three Studebakers, my dad said his family had a 50-51.

Both of them looks like they've been repainted. Possibly not the black one??? Hopefully they'll show some evidence once I can actually have some time to clean them over spring break.
