That is what I did to extend the wheelbase on my tall bike. I know that member Graylock (spelled that way?) made one of these... or was it someone else? Anyway, with a long seat on the back for passengers. It is pretty simple to do.

I think someone did mess with them a couple years back yoothgeye. Was thinking the same thing jayblok, between light weight frames and dual suspension rear ends I could build a few of them. I have a 27 inch mountain bike just screaming for me to do this to it

I've got 2 of these rear triangles in my shop, one on the tall bike that is going to be dismantled and probably 2 more on parts bikes. I thought about making a long rear on a bike with about 4 of those thing linked together, with a smaller 20" wheel on each on, each with a shock so it would trail behind you over bumps like a caterpillar or something.

LOL want to see how you would hook them together, went and checked my parts bikes and only have one piece cranks so Im going to hit up some scrapper friends and the local recycling for one.

If you can weld, NEXT rear, 14 inch extension.
I did copy another builder on this one.
