I got a 53 Hornet frame with a slight bend in it above the chain side dropout i need to find someone close to nashua nh that can fix it for me if anyone knows of anyone please let me know im building an old school klunker 120 spokes black hubs, ashtabula neck and crank cant find the stamped ashtab forks anywhere but using original forks off bike, so if anyone knows any one please let me know thanks
 
Need straightened asap someone help me, close to nashua nh if possible dont want to have to ship it anywhere wanna start stripping and priming frame winter project.

Can we get a shot with a little of the side showing to see how bad it is.. not sure if your asking the section be grafted with new tube or "repaired" metal has memory, when stretched one way and pulled back it's now got a fatigue point that wants to return first.. I'd think any decent body ma could tweak it back for you, don't have an answer regaurding reinforcing it, I have similar in a varsity not sure how address.
 
Honestly unless it's actually dimpled if try straighten it clamp the drop and stay below he bend and above between some 2*4 u should be able use those as levers to bump it out
