Horse Rescue Chopper

Hi, i'm in the middle of this build. My sister & my father started up a horse rescue here in Oregon & i wanted to help, so i'm building a custom chopper out of horseshoes to help spread the word about the rescue. Here's where i'm at...




As you can see, i still had some issues with warping, so i screwed the frame to the table while welding.

I just saw that horn on eBay for $225?!

Ya, the prices are climbing back up on them. I picked up that horn about 4 years ago on ebay for around $100.

I got the two frame halfs tacked togeather. The frame isn't 100% lazer straight... but it's pretty close...

I found these awesome valve stem caps on ebay (australia). I'm going to order some up next week

The pony valve caps were stolen off my Mustang (car) in minutes! Be wary!

My WWII "ordinance" box off of a jeep. I'm going to use it for storing tools, tubes, etc.

So i decided to go alot shorter with the forks. I found these laminated hard wood dowels that fit. I'm thinking aboutin maybe trying to do a rat rod pin stripe design on them before staining them I'm going to sleeve the ends with pipe & weld the dropouts to that.
