Been there, done that. Rode it today on my Worksman Industrial Cruiser bike. 102 miles. Yes, my legs are tired. No, I wasn't the first one in (but wasn't the last, either!)

Wow...congratulations man...that's insane on a Worksman.

How long did it take you to ride the full 102 miles?

Re: Hotter-n-h*** Hundred

I started moving about 7:15, finished at 4:45, so that's 9.5 hours. I stopped at every rest stop I came to, and the stops got longer after heck's Gate (I got there with about 15 minutes to spare). My odometer showed 7:31 actual ride time at average 13.6 mph. Some of the slowness was due to leg cramp problems, but most of it just due to being tired.

You're a brave soul....especially in the heat we have been having.

I saw 99 degrees on our van's thermometer this afternoon.

We'll see how you feel tomorrow..LOL!

Re: Hotter-n-h*** Hundred

I think there's just the one. It's in Wichita Falls, Texas, which is not far from the OK border, so it attracts a fair number of OK riders. The lady right behind me at the start had an Oklahoma jersey of some kind.

It's abbreviated HHH a lot, and there's also a ride up in Michigan or somewhere that is the Hilly-something-or-other and abbreviated HHH.
