How do I adjust my Nexus 3 speed hub?

I did a keyword search here and got hosed. I saw a sweet link once that detailed how to adjust your nexus hub.

Anyone have that link handy? I need to do mine again.

3 spped hub shimano or sturmey, it's little bit different
