Can anyone I'd this bike serial number d66541 and then there's like a AC the ac is written weird like a makers mark after the serial numbers under the black spray paint it looks like it's burgundy or maroon or dark dark red have no idea what I'm doing please help

If there's a w inside the C it would indicate a Cleveland Welding Co. product. Aside from that, a picture may be needed to finger it out.
