I've got a couple 10-speed bikes I want to disassemble for parts, and they have these plastic cable clips that I'd like to salvage and reuse if possible. The problem is that I don't know how to remove them without damaging them. I was able to pull one apart with a couple pliers, but the teeth dug into the plastic. Any ideas on how to remove these?

I meant to update this post a while ago, but it turns out the solution was so easy it was stupid! @rickpaulos was right on the money. All I had to do was squeeze a small screwdriver between the frame and the clip, and then give it a slight twist. Got them all off in less than a minute.

Thanks for the help guys! Hopefully this'll help everyone else who's been stuck trying to figure this out.
