How much should I offer for this bike?

Nice and rideable. If those are Schwinn S2 rims, you can get your money back easily.

i'm really looking to fix up and make it my main ride, not to fix up and sell, but i appreciate the input.

Depends on where you are buying it and who is selling it. I'd want to get that thing for $50, but as stated, there is potential in it.

Id pay a 100 tops for it but since there are new tires 125. It has potential to be sweet, if you were going to but it to sell however no more that 50-75.

I'd grab it in a new york minute. Fork & truss rods is late 40's to early 50's tubular, harder to find. Seat is legit Scwhinn OE. This bike would part out over $200 easily.

That would be a great start for a project. That was a deluxe bike at one time, maybe a B6. I can barely see the white diamond on the seat tube covered with black paint. Does the white diamond on the fork have a red pinstripe around it? Gary
