My dad picked this up and is curious as to where it came from originally and when. Does anyone have any ideas? It's 12 feet with both pieces and smells good.

Unfortunately, no. He got it at a scrap yard, lol.
Not sure but at least '30s or earlier. Maybe someone into petroliana may be able to tell you. Closest I've gotten to that is parking meters and a Erco Tire flater (air head), made some good money on that thing. Some of those guys get into anything car/street related. Definetly cool, what's the plan for it?
