How to clean whitewalls?

I´ve got new whitewall tires on my bike but after instalation and some few rides they are really dirty, its not white but grey now... I cleaned it with alcohol but it takes really long time and gas its not good for tires

Do you know some better way to clean it?
I really don´t like dirty white...
 
I have the BOMB:
(Brand) Seapower part# SIBC16.
This stuff is the be-all, and end-all imho.
I didn't know about it until last year when a Customer asked me to get his grotty old Zodiac cleaned-up.
Went to a local Marine Supplier; and was told to use this stuff.
It works on better than anything I've seen.
I did a girl friends white walls with it; and they came out like new.
WARNING: Rinse well after cleaning. It can leave a real slippery coating unless washed right off...
