How to edit subject??

So I am posting pics up in some of my old threads and I dont know how to let evveryone know that there are new pics. So I was wondering if someone could help me in figuring out how to add "NEW PICS" to the title of the thread??

Example: Bayou Mafia Bike
New pic example: Bayou Mafia Bike NEW PICS!!

You should be able to click on the first post and change the subject line when you are in edit mode.
