How to keep the head badge Decal and powder coat the frame

Is it possible to protect the head badge decal from being sand blasted off when having it powder coated?

Or any good ideas of how to reproduce it.

I have a Fridrich Cadillac and want to keep the head badge, unless it's possible to buy one, have looked but can't find anyone who has even heard of my Fridrich. Even the Fridrich shop in Ohio don't have any.

I think the heat in the powder coat process would waste it.

He is in Ohio and can work from a scan or picture. If you send him a scan or picture he can let you know if he can use it and give you a quote.

Sorry didn't make it clear - it's a decal. Unless you know how to get the decals off.

Most decals will not make it through the oven. You definitely want to remove all decals before media blasting. If you blast them off, the metal surface will be uneven because the decal softens the media impact. An outline of the decal will show up after powder coating.
